The full roofline is photographed close up, including the elevations you cannot see from the ground. About twenty minutes, nobody on your roof, and the images are yours whether or not you go ahead.
The gutter is repaired first
Cleaned out and flushed, then resealed, realigned and reinforced. Four steps, on every job, before any mesh is fitted.
Drainage is set, not assumed
The run is brought to a quarter inch of fall per ten feet so water leaves the system instead of standing in a low spot and freezing there.
Every joint is sealed
Corners, end caps, seams and downspout collars, with architectural grade sealant. This is where an old gutter actually leaks.
Reinforced before it is loaded
New heavy duty hangers wherever the old ones pulled loose, and hidden brackets where a run needs support. Before any weight goes on top.
